How to buy a machine at Halfresh?

  1. Please contact us using any of the methods provided (contact form, WhatsApp, email, phone, or video call). You can also contact one of our distributors.
  2. Once you’ve let us know which machine you’d like, our sales department will send you a quote based on your request.
  3. If you agree with the quote, please confirm your acceptance via email.
  4. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a pro forma invoice with all the terms of purchase and payment details.
  5. Once payment is received, we will ship the merchandise as agreed.

They contact us and in less than 24 hours, we find a solution to the problem based on each client's need.

What happens if the incident requires the presence of a technician?
If you need in-person technical assistance, we send a technician to your facilities.

How many years is the warranty?
The warranty for Halfresh machines depends on the type of machine and ranges from 1 to 3 years. 

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects during the agreed-upon period, excluding:

  • Improper use
  • Unauthorized tampering
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect installation by third parties
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Cleaning or maintenance not recommended in the user manual.

It also includes labor, but not travel expenses.

How are the machines paid?

How are the machines paid?

Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer to the account provided.

The customer has the option to pay a deposit as an advance on the total price of the order.

In this case, the remaining balance must be paid before shipment or upon pickup at our facility.

The product will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

How long does it take for my machine to arrive?
The delivery time for the machine depends on the shipping company and the destination. We can give you an estimate based on the information provided by the carrier.

Does Halfresh take care of the transportation?
Provided the customer requests it, Halfresh will arrange shipping to any destination. The customer also has the option of using their usual carrier for shipping their goods, provided they notify us in advance.

Can you send a machine to the customer's home?
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the shipment will be sent to the address provided by the customer.

Are there shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the type of machine and the destination. These will be detailed in the quote.

How do we know where our machine is once it has been shipped?
Using the tracking number provided by the shipping company, we can check the status of the shipment.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times will depend on the quantity, type of machine, and the company’s inventory.

Our customer service department can provide you with an approximate date and will keep you informed of the order’s status. 

If the order is in stock, it will be shipped once payment is received.

Please note that for custom orders or those requiring manufacturing, the approximate delivery date may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

How are the machines packaged?
All Halfresh machines are packaged in cardboard boxes and, when necessary, on fiber pallets.

Does Halfresh take any steps to protect the environment?
In addition to manufacturing our machines with systems designed to reduce waste, we are committed to recycling both manufacturing scraps and packaging materials at our facilities.

Can a confirmed order be canceled? Is a refund issued in the event of cancellation?

In the event of cancellation by the customer:

  • If the product is standard: a partial or full refund may be considered, minus any costs incurred, if applicable.
  • If the product is customized: cancellation without penalty will not be accepted. In all cases, products incorporating any technical modification, adaptation, or specific development requested by the customer shall be considered customized products.
  • In the event of cancellation after a down payment has been made, the Seller may retain all or part of the amounts paid depending on the costs already incurred, including, among others, design, engineering, materials, manufacturing, or management costs, and shall refund the remaining amount, if applicable.

In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Will I get a refund if Halfresh cancels the order?

In the event of a cancellation attributable to the Seller, the Seller will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the customer.

Some require no maintenance at all.
If maintenance is required, it is basic and will be outlined in the instruction manual.

If replacement parts are needed, can they be purchased from Halfresh?
Yes, they can be ordered by providing the part code and your order number.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of units that must be purchased?
There is no minimum or maximum quantity. We will provide a quote based on the quantity the customer purchases.

Are the machines certified?

All machines are CE certified and made with food-grade materials.

Where are the machines and their components manufactured?

The machines are manufactured at Halfresh’s facilities in Spain, using top-quality components produced in the EU.

Is it possible to customize the machines according to the customer’s needs?

Yes, our company is willing to work with you based on your requests.

Beyond the machines, do you undertake custom projects?

We are open to evaluating and considering custom projects. After reviewing each individual case, we will let you know if it is feasible. If so, we will provide a quote.

Do you provide training and installation?

All machines are shipped fully assembled and are easy to use, so they do not require specific training or installation. They come with a user manual containing all the necessary instructions. We offer technical support upon request.
